Bruce Bent II has one of the most innovative minds in the business world today. Many of his ideas involving short term asset management, among other things, were undeniably ahead of the time. He is largely responsible for completely transforming the nature of the FDIC-Insured cash management industry for the better. It generates over $1 trillion in revenue thanks to the inventions of Bruce. He privately owns 60 patents. Bruce is also a natural born leader, having have held several leadership positions in different companies. He is the Vice Chairman and President of Double Rock Corporation. Double Rock is one of the top cash management and technology companies worldwide. The company owns a total subsidiary companies, and Bruce serves as the senior executive of each one. One of its subsidiaries, Access Control Advantage LLC, has become world renowned for its innovation in the retirement market.
In addition to being the President of Double Rock, Bruce was President of large money market fund business The Reserve for almost two decades. At one time it was the the second-largest money market institution in the world. Sadly, following the financial crisis of 2008, the Lehman Brothers, owners of the The Reserve filed for bankruptcy. Bruce was given the role of orderly winding down and liquidating the firm’s many subsidiaries and product lines.
